The Site provides a composite AI Infrastructure Stress Index score, signal breakdowns, data visualizations, and related analytics aggregated from publicly available financial and infrastructure data sources.

The free tier includes the composite gauge, verdict, a 30-day score chart, and a weekly email newsletter.

Paid tiers (Pro and Founding Member) provide additional features including daily signal breakdowns, threshold alerts, extended history, deep-dive reports, and programmatic API access. All paid features are accessed through the Site's dashboard at ismichaelburryright.com.

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other professional advice. The composite score, signals, charts, and commentary are provided for informational purposes only.

You should not make any investment decision based solely on the information provided on this Site. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance of any indicator or signal does not guarantee future results.

The Site aggregates data from publicly available third-party sources including, but not limited to, cloud provider APIs, FRED, FINRA TRACE, SEC EDGAR filings, and public earnings data. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but do not warrant that any data is complete, current, or error-free.

The composite score is a derived metric based on our published methodology. It reflects a weighted aggregation of signals and should not be treated as a definitive measure of market conditions.

You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or billing details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge through Stripe.

Subscription plans. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Founding Member access is a one-time payment granting lifetime Pro access.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes Pro monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as Founding Member one-time payments.

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to paid features, contact us at support@ismichaelburryright.com and we will work to resolve it.

Pro and Founding Member accounts may generate an API key for programmatic access to the Site's data. API access is subject to the following terms:

• Rate limit: 10 requests per hour per API key. Rate limit headers (X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset) are included in every API response.
• Personal use: API keys are for your personal or internal business use. You may not share, publish, or redistribute your API key.
• No redistribution: You may not use the API to build a competing product, resell our data as-is, or redistribute raw data feeds to third parties without substantial transformation or added value.

We reserve the right to revoke API access, without refund, for any account that abuses rate limits, attempts to circumvent restrictions, redistributes data without authorization, or otherwise violates these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or at the time of revocation.

By submitting your email address, you consent to receiving our weekly score update newsletter and occasional product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

All content on this Site (the composite score methodology, data visualizations, design, copy, and code) is the property of ismichaelburryright.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are free to share, quote, screenshot, and reference any content from this Site, including for commercial purposes, as long as you credit ismichaelburryright.com as the source. What you cannot do is replicate the Site itself or resell our data feeds as your own product.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party research and data. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or source.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ismichaelburryright.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including any investment decisions made based on information provided herein.

This Site is an independent data project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Michael Burry, Scion Asset Management, or any entity connected to Michael Burry. References to Michael Burry are made in the context of his publicly stated market theses and public information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
